I had been worried from day 1 because the symmetry was off, but now I don’t think this is just a symmetry issue anymore. One nostril looks kind of crumpled? Could this be something that changes once the stitches are removed?? Even if the swelling goes down in this situation, I’m worried it might remain looking indented at the tip
