They said if silicone were inserted, my nose would become too large, so the plan took into account that the nasal tip would be lifted slightly. From the front, I had a bulbous nose, and my side profile looked stuffy, so I had bulbous nose correction + columella lowering + alar lift. A septal support graft was used, and septal cartilage was also used for the columella lowering. I also wanted to reduce my nostril wings, but they said it was not possible because my nostrils are small. Every hospital I visited said my skin was thick, so I might not be satisfied and should not expect too much, which made me sad. But it became much smaller than I expected, so I’m really happyㅜㅜㅜ I feel like the stuffy look is gone!!
