After<6 months after surgery><Before surgery/1 week after surgery>After<Postoperative side view>After<Postoperative side view><Before side view/1 week postoperative side view>I originally had some nasal bridge height, so I had surgery without an implant. They said if silicone were inserted, my nose would become too large, so the plan took into account that the nasal tip would be lifted slightly. From the front, I had a bulbous nose, and my side profile looked stuffy, so I had bulbous nose correction + columella lowering + alar lift. A septal support graft was used, and septal cartilage was also used for the columella lowering. I also wanted to reduce my nostril wings, but they said it was not possible because my nostrils are small. Every hospital I visited said my skin was thick, so I might not be satisfied and should not expect too much, which made me sad. But it became much smaller than I expected, so I’m really happy I feel like the stuffy look is gone!!
