4 months after nose surgery

I had surgery through an acquaintance’s referral, and it was a revision surgery, my fourth time maybe? So I was in a condition where only costal cartilage was possible, but I had the surgery because they said ear cartilage would be possible. It was uncomfortable for exactly one week, and I was stuck at home, but after the stitches were removed, it became bearable from then on. On the day of surgery, I couldn’t sleep well and it was torture. I’ve been doing well without any major side effects, but the one thing I’m disappointed about is that the nasal tip hasn’t come down, so when viewed from the front, my nostrils are too visible. The clinic told me to wait because there could be changes up to 6 months, but as expected, even now, the nasal tip is still the same. The nasal tip angle doesn’t change. For this, I have no choice but to have revision surgery... They said there is no surgery that only lowers the nasal tip, and that I would have to redo the surgery I already had, which is so unfortunate
