The consultant and the director both carefully explained even the very detailed parts. I want functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty, and the explanation focused on the aesthetic aspects. I wanted a more glamorous look rather than naturalness, and they specifically explained which part of the nose would be operated on, with what material, and how. The consultant was also very thorough during the price consultation, explaining in detail how to make sure I could properly receive things like reimbursement from my actual-expense insurance. I think it took a total of 1 hour..
