The coordinator and the doctor both explained everything with great care, down to the smallest details. I wanted functional nose surgery plus cosmetic nose surgery, and the explanation focused mainly on the cosmetic aspects. I wanted a more dramatic look rather than a natural one, and they talked specifically about which parts of the nose would be operated on, with what materials, and how. The coordinator was also very thorough in the cost consultation, explaining things in detail so I could make sure to handle things like actual medical expense coverage properly. It took about 1 hour in total.
