I had surgery with costal cartilage at ㅁㅈㅇ and developed inflammation... It was my second surgery, and I even used costal cartilage because I wanted it to end with the second one, but I never thought the inflammation I had only heard about would happen to me.. They left the costal cartilage and removed the silicone, but my nose is gradually getting shorter.. It’s almost been 6 months, so I’m looking into hospitals for revision surgery. They said ㅁㅈㅇ would do it again if I paid more, but to have it done there again.. I’m scared of inflammation, and I don’t like the shape either.. I should have just been satisfied with my original nose and lived with it.. It’s too late to regret it now, I guess
