I had surgery 10 years ago. The director has considerable expertise. I had nose surgery, but no one knows I had surgery. Partly because I didn’t get too ambitious, and partly because the director’s skills are good. However, as I’ve gotten older, the nasal tip cartilage has become a bit more prominent, so I’m planning to have removal surgery again
