Breast base 13 / circumference 65 Mentor Extra 295&295 / inframammary fold incision Surgery date: 2023-07-10
It wasn’t that I had no breasts at all, but rather than wanting large breasts, I was desperate for “some degree of enhancement,” so I decided to have surgery~ I didn’t go to many hospital consultations, and at the second place I felt, “this is it,” so I decided and had the surgery there. Since the surgery cost is higher than other areas, I did feel some financial burden, so I intentionally(?) looked up more reviews for Mentor Extra rather than Motiva, and had surgery with Mentor Extra.
It has been about 2 weeks and 3 days since surgery. I’ve had several surgeries under general anesthesia, but this was the first surgery that was this painless. Even if I went back, I’d choose the inframammary incision again. Surprisingly, there were many times I needed to use my arms right after surgery, and I don’t even want to imagine if I had done the armpit incision.. It hurt for the first day, and from the next day onward, there was more discomfort than pain. In particular, I still have wounds rubbed by the compression bra, and because of the compression bra + upper band, my digestion was so bad that I had acute indigestion about two or three times ㅠㅠ I still have swelling in my abdomen.. Or maybe I gained weight.... Also, it was so hard not being able to shower for a week, and sensation still hasn’t returned to my breasts, so somehow they don’t feel like mine haha
Honestly, I have a lot of regrets about the breast size.. I regret once or twice a day, thinking, why did I change it right before going into the operating room instead of just going with the size the doctor recommended? But there’s no turning back now~ As for the shape, it’s still settling, so it’s not really at a stage where I can say whether I like it or not, but I can see it has become much more natural than at first. My boyfriend was so against it, but now whenever he’s bored he lightly touches them, and although he doesn’t say it, he seems to like them haha so I definitely think I did well. He says that because my frame is very small, he would have disliked it if I had gone bigger, even though he didn’t even pay for it ㅠㅠ lol
The hospital has been providing good aftercare, and for me, this is the first place where I’ve seen the operating doctor twice after surgery (limited to plastic surgery), so I liked that as well. For now, I think I’ll be able to talk more honestly about my satisfaction at the one-month mark, when I’m free from the compression bra :)
