Some time has passed since my breast surgery, so I’ll write a quick review! The reasons I chose the clinic were: -No pressure about size or implants, which was mentioned a lot -I saw the before-and-after photos, and the difference was dramatic -They are meticulous with the incision site (micro-incision + Dermabond use)
I found out about this place while looking through apps and various cafe communities, and the reviews seemed good too, so I decided on it
Before surgery, I just had an ordinary chest with nothing there. It didn’t look saggy, and there was basically no way to tell there was any “cleavage” either.. lol So it really stressed me out that I looked straight down to my waist like a rectangle. Everyone who relates, you get it, right?
So I got the surgery, and once I had breast augmentation with implants, somehow my waist looked slimmer too.. Of course there was a noticeable change in size! There was almost no upper-pole bulging from the beginning after surgery, and I think it’s because the doctor shaped it very carefully? I was looking forward to a rounded line forming, so I could only hope time would hurry up
As I wrote in the title, I used Mentor Smooth implants. Rather than insisting on expensive Motiva, I touched them myself and chose the one with a good feel, and kept discussing with the doctor to decide on an implant that would support my own tissue quality. Everyone, if a clinic pushes Motiva no matter what or recommends expensive implants, I recommend first thinking carefully and deciding after checking whether there is an implant that fits you better, touching them yourself, and trying fittings!
Lastly, the reason I chose an axillary incision!
I’m still unmarried.. and I didn’t want to worry about scars that might show every time I look in the mirror.. or whenever I’m lying down It felt like it would be obvious, like “I had breast surgery” (this is just my personal opinion..) It somehow felt burdensome.. And anyway, looking at the condition of my breasts, I was on the side without much of an inframammary fold.. haha The doctor also carefully recommended an axillary incision
A lot of people consider the recovery period, but using my arms wasn’t that hard for me! As long as I was reasonably careful when drying or tying my hair, it was okay..?? Aside from the stinging right after surgery, I was fine
Honestly, if you look at the incision site, you can tell the scar will fade. The incision was made exactly along the crease, and it wasn’t that long. + Some people are sutured in a way that makes the skin stick out unevenly, but for me, anyone could see it was closed as a clean incision line. When I went to see the doctor for follow-up, he said that if I just keep applying the ointment consistently, after some time it will end up looking completely like a wrinkle!
Honestly.. from the patient’s point of view, you have to trust the person who will do the surgery, the person who did the surgery, and the person who will solve any problems if they come up later.. That’s why you get a consultation and also analyze the doctor’s style. That’s how I think.. From the consultation until going into surgery, I kept observing the doctor’s attitude toward me?? He tried to help me relax right up until surgery, and after surgery he told me it went well and explained carefully how he did it and the process before leaving.. I wondered if he remembers each patient’s face individually, because when I came for follow-up he remembered things I had mentioned in passing, so I thought, ah, this is a clinic that keeps giving me trust~

I guess there were a lot of things I wanted to explain lol At the clinic, I received texture-care management, radiofrequency care, and swelling care! It has only been a few months, so I can feel the texture loosening even now, but I think I’ll have to wait until it gets even softer~ Time, please hurry up!!
