I waited longer in the consultation room than in the lobby. It took about 1 hour total. Director Oh was kind, and he carefully looked at the harmony of my face. So he felt trustworthy, but I’m concerned that he hasn’t been a specialist for very long. I think it’s a huge advantage that the director personally checks on you at 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery. For the surgery cost, they don’t bring up discounts or events first, but if I ask, they lower it little by little.
