I waited longer in the consultation room than in the lobby. It took about an hour in total. haha The doctor was kind and carefully checked the harmony of my face. That made him seem trustworthy. But I am a little concerned that he only recently became a board-certified specialist. One huge plus is that he said he would personally check on me at 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery. As for the surgical fee, they didn't bring up discounts or events first, but if I asked, they would lower it a little bit.
