She must think she is something special This time, she could not even properly process my progress-check appointment change, so there was no reservation, and on the day of surgery there was also a payment issue. Just thinking about that still makes me angry..... There is only one consultation manager here. Does the director not read reviews? It makes me wonder why they are still employing her... The staff members are all kind! As for the nose shape, after the swelling went down I am generally satisfied, but right after surgery a large round scab formed on the columella, and when it fell off, it left a scar, so it stands out too much... It is stressful, so I plan to ask about it when I go for my progress check.
