Seems like they think they’re somebody This time they also failed to properly handle a follow-up appointment change, so the appointment wasn’t booked, and there was a payment issue on the day of surgery too, and just thinking about that still makes me angry..... There’s only one consultation manager here, and doesn’t the doctor see the reviews? I don’t know why they’re still employed... The staff are all kind! The nose shape is generally satisfying as the swelling goes down, but right after surgery a big round scab formed on the columella, and when it fell off it left a scar, so it’s very noticeable... It’s stressful, so I plan to ask about it at the follow-up
