Hello I had surgery in December 2019 with silicone and septal cartilage. I had originally wanted to remove it because of the anxiety of not knowing when side effects might occur, but as time passed, I just ended up living with it. But since about a year ago? I started being able to feel cartilage at the tip of my nose, and these days it really feels like there is cartilage right under the skin. During the day when it is swollen, I cannot tell, but in the evening when all the swelling goes down, I can feel it really clearly... There was no translucency, but today while video-calling a friend, I saw my nose under the lighting and the tip looked whitish, so I got very anxious and came back to this community after a long time to write this... Once it becomes like this, even if the cartilage is shaved down a little, does it become like this again..?
If I leave it as is, will it protrude more? For me, a slightly white area shows through like a long stain..
