It has been 2 weeks since my nose surgery, and starting a few days ago, the right side of my nasal tip has drooped asymmetrically. When I touch it, the left side feels soft, but on the right side I can feel something hard like cartilage.
The clinic says it is because the surgery was done from the right side and there is scar tissue, so it will settle down a bit with time; that while repositioning the cartilage, the cartilage seems to have shifted a bit more to the right; and that everyone's face is asymmetrical. This is asymmetry that wasn't there before, so with them responding like this, I don't trust the clinic.
Before surgery, my nose did not have visible asymmetry. Now, when viewed from the front, the nostrils look a bit asymmetrical. It seems less like swelling and more like the cartilage on the right has come down, and if the cartilage placement is the problem, I feel like it should be corrected and settled before it fixes into the wrong positionㅠㅠ Please share your opinions on whether my thinking is right, or whether I should wait until the swelling goes down and it settles, as the clinic says..
