I think it would be good to write down in advance somewhere the questions you want to ask, make a list, and think them through before going. The director tends not to give definite answers like “this is this” and “that is that,” so from the reviews too, I think patients may be split in their likes and dislikes after the consultation. Still, I do think I’ll have surgery here, though I need to look around a bit more.
