It would probably be good to write down the questions in advance and make a list to bring with you. The director doesn't really give firm yes-or-no answers like, this is this and that is that, so even if you read reviews, I think different patients will end up liking or disliking the consultation. Still, I think I will have surgery here. I need to look around a bit more, though.
