Ha.. I had also been offered Hiko, and I wonder if it was a good thing I didn’t do it lol They say if you get a Hiko procedure, then it counts as revision surgery
I had a consultation with the plan of proceeding with filler removal and nose surgery, and we discussed using donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage. Ear cartilage seemed like it would have too little support, and the shared assessment was that septal cartilage would probably be insufficient.
The swelling is going down, but I think it will still take some time for the front view shape to look pretty... So I’m waiting bitterly. Still, I like the way the nasal tip has been shaped round the most.
