I have thick eyelids, so most places said I would need incision surgery, but here they said buried sutures were possible, so I went ahead with quick buried sutures. Everyone said it would come undone, but it has not and it is still holding up in its second year. The shape is a little less than ideal for me, but it turned out very natural.
