4-year review of extraction orthodontic treatment

I started extraction orthodontic treatment in my first year of high school because of a snaggletooth, deep bite, and protruding mouth, and finished it in my third year of high school. I had two teeth extracted on the top and two on the bottom, and because the extracted teeth were on the larger side, it helped a lot with the protruding mouth. But since I got braces because my mom led me into it at a time when I wasn’t interested in my teeth, now that I look at them, they’re not the shape I wanted. I like a slightly inward, retroclined-tooth kind of look, but instead they feel a bit flared out, so I’m also thinking about getting orthodontic treatment again. If there are any students here, don’t do it without thinking. You need to know exactly what tooth shape you want. Don’t just go ahead thinking, “Since it’s orthodontics, the doctor will take care of it well enough.” You need to visit a lot of places and carefully check whether they can create the tooth design you want.
