Sorry for the very visible blackheads since it hasn’t been long since I had my nose done… My nasal septum was deviated, so I ended up having revision surgery with autologous rib cartilage. I only raised the nasal tip, and they said if I raised the silicone implant more, I’d look like an Avatar, so I couldn’t raise it. Did it turn out well…?? Should I have raised the silicone more Is it too low?? People I know have very mixed reactions, so I’m asking.
