A long time ago, I had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage, but since my nose was really short, the tip drooped quite a bit and I developed contracture. This time, I’m using up the annual leave I saved and trying revision surgery again with autologous rib cartilage. They’ll probably provide aftercare/AS, but as an office worker, taking time off seems to be the hardest part. I’m just praying it goes well in one go..
