Before <Before surgery><1 month after surgery><6 months after surgery> Until one month after surgery, time felt like it wouldn’t pass at all, and I thought the swelling wasn’t going down, but after letting go of my worries about swelling and everything, I’m already entering month 7!!
Every time I look at the photos, I can see my face getting slimmer and slimmer as the swelling goes down each month, so it’s just so fascinating ㅜㅜ From after surgery to the 1-month mark, I think it was the period when the major swelling went down!! It was the time when my face, which had been very puffy after surgery, gradually became more slender. From month 1 to month 3, the minor swelling gradually went down, but even at month 3, I still felt a little swelling around the chin tip! After passing 5 months, I felt the swelling much less, and the sensation that had been different from before surgery all came back too!
A little while ago, I also went to check my 6-month progress, and they confirmed there were no problems with the bones. Daily life and things like that are the same as before surgery, so can I say I’m in the stable period now!! haha Still, they say minor swelling can continue to go down for up to 1 year, so I’m curious whether my face will get even slimmer!
