Hello! After only thinking about getting rhinoplasty for 5 years, I finally made up my mind and ended up getting surgery on my nasal bridge + nasal tip haha Before that, my nose wasn’t really that strange-looking, and I wasn’t very greedy either, so I kept just getting fillers or Hiko, but as the number of times increased, my nose spread out more severely and I wasn’t satisfied anymoreㅠㅠ A person’s greed.....really has no end haha So in the end, I kept doing tons of research both online and in person, and I think I went to more than 15 places!! But there just wasn’t a clinic that made me feel like, this is it!!!ㅠㅠ Since I was going to have surgery anyway, I did have a slightly stronger desire to go for a glamorous look, but my skin is on the thinner side, and a lot of directors said that for a glamorous nose, they usually recommend using rib cartilage. On top of that, because my skin is thin, there was also the issue that donated dermal tissue or my own tissue would definitely need to be layered on. Using rib cartilage from my very first surgery felt too scary.. so I think that made it even harder to find a clinicㅠㅠ Since rhinoplasty can have a lot of side effects, I think I was even more scared and worried, so I went around to even more consultations haha But going around for consultations.. it really wasn’t as easy as I thought lol Later on, I got so exhausted that just as I was thinking maybe I shouldn’t do it at all!! Just then, I found a clinic where the director and I were exactly on the same page about the style we were pursuing and everything, and I really liked everything from the clinic facilities to the aftercare, and I just got that strong feeling that this was the one!! Was this fate..? lolololololol So I decided right away without even worrying about it haha It was the clinic I consulted with thinking this was really the last one, and I really, really liked the consultation with the director too ㅠㅠ They only perform surgery on 1 person per day, and what I liked most was that the director said he would take responsibility for everything from start to finish, for life. You never know what can happen in life!! Maybe that’s why I trusted him right away!! So I went and had the surgery right away haha I had surgery at Gangnam ㄷㄹ with Director ㅅㅇㅈ, and I preferred a straight-to-curved line, and I’m so happy because I think the line was made so beautifully to suit my face shapeㅠㅠ Because my skin is very thin, they said they originally planned to use 4 mm at first but ended up inserting 3 mm~ Also, since my nose was naturally very short and very small, they couldn’t use my septal cartilage, so they used only ear cartilage! On top of that, I heard they usually put cotton in the nose on the first day, so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to breathe, but there was no cotton in my nose and not much bleeding either, so it was very comfortable~ At first, I didn’t have as much swelling on my face as I expected, so I was like, oh! But after removing the splint, I realized there was more swelling in my nose than I thought lololol There is still quite a lot of swelling, so from the front, I think it still looks a little bulky! The sensation also feels like it’s not my own nose lololol Aside from that, I’ve been living very well so far without any discomfort! But I’m so excited and my heart is pounding because they say it will become even slimmer and slimmer as the swelling gradually goes down ㅠㅠ I want to see my nose once the swelling goes down and it becomes slim soon ㅠㅠ I guess I have to wait! haha It can get prettier, rightㅠㅠ?
