The director is very kind and detailed. They didn’t seem bothered by the things I asked and answered in detail. The consultation staff felt relatively mechanical. Since it was also a revision surgery, they recommended costal cartilage. Costal cartilage was more expensive than I expected. They seem to place importance on facial harmony.
