The director was extremely kind and thorough. He didn’t find it annoying when I asked questions and answered everything in detail. The consultation staff felt relatively mechanical. Since this was a revision too, they recommended costal cartilage. The costal cartilage was more expensive than I expected. They seem to care a lot about facial harmony.
