I had the splint removed after implant-free rhinoplasty and am reducing the swelling.

(Re-uploading because the photos got small when I tried to include the splint too) I’m the rhinoplasty beginner who posted a review after getting implant-free surgery. Septal cartilage + ear cartilage 3 mm After getting through the first hurdle, removing the cotton packing, and the second hurdle, removing the stitches and splint, I’m working hard to reduce the remaining swelling. Getting the stitches removed hurt so much.  Removing the cotton packing and taking off the splint were easy, but the stitches felt like each nose hair was being grabbed and yanked out with tweezers....  But even while looking at my swollen nose, I found it fascinating and kept looking at my face from different angles.  (On the day of surgery, I touched my face a lot, so it especially swelled more.. If you’re preparing, please be careful.. On the first day, no face washing either. Eat foods you don’t have to chew. I even used my front teeth, so..) I was so curious about the shape, and thankfully it came out the way I wanted. Since it was implant-free and I didn’t have a hump nose, I thought there would be limits to raising the height, so I decided to be satisfied with shape correction.. For people whose conditions are suitable, there are many who still get a high nose even without an implant. A glamorous nose with silicone is so pretty and impressive, but since I might have to touch it again someday (I don’t have the time..), I planned to do only within the range my own materials and my skin would allow, and thankfully they did it well. Once the splint is removed, the swelling really goes down quickly. It feels like the morning and afternoon are different. I also started applying Dermatix to the columellar stitch area, but this.. Because I keep touching the nasal tip, it gets wiped off. So I tried putting on an acne patch. It’s a patch with centella, and since it worked for acne scars, I put it on, and it’s fading faster than I expected. I also tried very light makeup. The nose area is still hard to manage in terms of pores, and I’m cautious with the puff, so it lifts a little, but I still like it. I like that I no longer have the habit of lowering my head. It was worth worrying over. I hope the inner stitches are removed soon too.  I’ll take lots of photos and post again.
