I went for the consultation last year, but I was scared of COVID so I postponed the surgery. Then this year, almost a year later, I finally got my nose surgery! It had been a long time, but the director still remembered me, so everything from the consultation to the surgery went smoothly. I'm very grateful to the director because I'm happy with the results too ^^
