A few years ago, I had a procedure for ears that lie flat. For a while I couldn’t sleep on my side and it was very uncomfortable. At first, you could see the ears somewhat from the front, but they still don’t show when taking photos. My ears lay very flat to begin with and they’re also small, so I don’t think I got much effect. I also got earlobe filler but after a few years, it went back again, and I’d rather recommend stickers you attach behind the ears.
