I had a lying-ear procedure a few years ago. For a while I could not sleep on my side and it was very uncomfortable. In the beginning, a little bit of the front of the ear was visible, but it still does not show in photos. My ears were originally very severely lying-flat and also small, so I do not think the effect was very good. I also got ear-lobe filler, but after a few years it went back again, and honestly I would rather recommend a sticker that attaches behind the ear.
