The purpose of the revision surgery was to correct the crooked silicone implant and improve a bulbous nose. I think the crooked silicone has improved, and the bulbous nose seems somewhat improved too, but there is still swelling, so I think I need to keep watching it Maybe because it was done with autologous costal cartilage, the nasal tip has gone up a lot and looks pointy, so I just have to wait for it to come down.....
