For my nose, I had it done without an implant. They slightly refined my hump nose (this is exactly how the doctor described it. When I asked if they shaved it down, they said they just refined it…) and raised only the nasal tip with septal cartilage. For my chin, I had a 4 mm silicone implant inserted. My nose does have a foreign-body sensation, and above all it is firm, so the downside is that I can’t touch my nose comfortably like before.. but I think the shape itself is okay. It’s not excessively dramatic, but it’s also not extremely natural.. (I think it would be nice if it settled down just a little more naturally.) But my chin… Right now yellow bruises have appeared on both sides of the chin tip, and I think it’s in the process of swelling going down.. but I wonder whether the shape will really change significantly. If it doesn’t change ㅠㅠ I think I’ll be dissatisfied, so I’ll probably consider removing it or inserting a smaller size.. It also feels like blood isn’t circulating well at the tip of my chin.. It has only been 10 days, so it’s too early to decide for sure, but if I leave it too long before removing it, I feel like the skin at the chin tip may stretch and leave marks, so lately I’ve been continuously watching the condition of my chin. For those who have had chin implants, does the clumped area at the chin tip loosen up somewhat as time passes? My nose is also an area where I’m worried about complications, so I think I need to live while handling it carefully. So that nothing goes wrong over time ㅠ
