I visited in the afternoon after lunch. Since I had eaten a lot for lunch, I got a little sleepy while sitting, so the waiting time passed quickly. I think it was about 30 minutes. I liked that both the manager and the director explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and even though I asked a lot of questions, they kindly answered each one.
