I visited in the afternoon after lunch. Since I had eaten a lot at lunch, I sat down and dozed off a little, so the wait went by quickly. I think it was about 30 minutes. I liked that the manager and the director explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and I asked a lot of questions, but they kindly answered each one.
