I lived my whole life on the chubby side, then made up my mind and got full-body liposuction. I had a lot of insecurity about having a chubby body type my whole life, so I rushed into it without knowing much. What I regret most is that I had it done at a dermatology clinic, not a proper plastic surgery clinic.
Still, I’m satisfied with the liposuction itself. If you look closely, my back is uneven on both sides, and my arms feel like they bulge out only around the elbow area, and there are lots of small complaints like that. But thinking back now, years later, liposuction became the trigger for me to take better care of my body and to keep dieting, which I had failed at my whole life. The complaints are minor and only bother me, and when I think that I wouldn’t even have this body if I hadn’t done it, I’d do it again even if I went back to that time.
Instead, I think I’d research more carefully, choose the hospital and doctor more carefully, and look into the cost more too. Even during aftercare, I once got scratched by a machine and ended up with a scar, and maybe because it was a dermatology clinic, they kept trying to sell me things like scar cream and more. When I went to the director because there were uneven areas, they treated me like a difficult patient.. There were a lot of problems, and now they’ve changed their name. At the time, it was ㄹㅁㄹ.
