I’m already on my re-re-re-revision surgery.. I never put in a large silicone implant or changed things drastically, just little by little.. only touched up the nasal tip a few times.. Now I don’t want ear cartilage, and I probably don’t have any left lol. I don’t think I have septal cartilage either.. I’m thinking of just making the nasal tip rounder with dermis, but since there’s ㅋㅈㅋ, I’m wondering if a method of shaving down rib cartilage and placing it on top? would be better.. Either way, both would be closed rhinoplasty, and it seems like there’ll be a scar on either the chest or buttocks
