I've had rhinoplasty twice and I'm looking into a third surgery... For my first surgery, I used autologous rib cartilage, and that was 7 years ago;;;; My nose ended up looking like a rose knife, so I had the second surgery 5 years ago, and at that time, the director said the autologous rib cartilage used in my first surgery was still in a condition that could be reused, so he trimmed and used that as it was, and added ear cartilage on top. But my nasal tip has drooped a lot, so I'm looking into revision surgery.. I was looking for a place that can lift the nasal tip in a natural-but-defined way, and I went for a consultation once last year. But when they mentioned autologous rib cartilage, I said I had already used it, and they said they could harvest it from the opposite side, and that autologous rib cartilage can be harvested several more times. But I didn't get the revision then because I didn't have the money... the quote was over 10 million won;; Now I have a bit more room financially, so I'm thinking of slowly looking into it again. Is there a place that builds up the nasal tip well so it doesn't droop.. When I had autologous rib cartilage harvested for my first surgery, the nose surgery itself didn't even bother me, because it hurt soooo much that all I clearly remember is not being able to lie down for a week and living while sitting up......
