I got my nose surgery and came back. It’s day 4 now, and I had the nasal packing removed today. Now I finally feel like I can live. Yesterday I think I was just waiting for today to come. The consultant also said the hard part is until the nasal packing comes out, and I completely agreed. After removing the nasal packing, I can taste food again, breathe through my nose, and I feel like I can live. Maybe because I had almost no nasal bridge, even now when I look in the mirror I can see that my bridge and nasal tip have been raised. But I also feel like it rose less than I expected, though it’ll be different once the splint is removed, right? Still, it’s the first time I’ve felt that I actually do have a nasal bridge. Because of my skin characteristics, the director said they would raise it as much as possible, as much as my skin could tolerate. I’m dying to take the splint off soon. I want to know the result quickly.
