I only wanted to touch up the nasal tip a bit, so I got some help from my female friends, looked into hospitals, and ended up getting surgery lol But I didn’t know this, and when I had a CT scan at the clinic, it turned out I had a deviated septum? and rhinitis too. I just thought I was someone whose nose got blocked often.. I’m seriously ignorant about myself. Anyway, I had functional cosmetic rhinoplasty with the director, and I’m satisfied because my masculine appeal has gone up. Every time I went for progress checks, the director and consultant told me it would get even better, and now that breathing is really easier, I barely remember my old nose lol
