But then again, I’ve been to 13 places so far, and 2 of them said my septum was huge, so I’m like, maybe? Maybe it’s actually big? hehe I kind of feel that way But the doctor recommends doing a lot of different things It felt a bit like they were recommending so much that I wondered if it was overtreatment When I look at the review photos, there are Pinocchio noses too, and the results are inconsistent But the front-view photos in the reviews are seriously pretty I’m a bit worried about using donated rib cartilage I’m worried because they said osteotomy + silicone can increase the chance of inflammation Option 2

This was the only place that said it was possible without implants They showed me with Photoshop too, and I was fairly satisfied It’s a private clinic Seems like a lot of people go there for revision surgery with autologous rib cartilage But looking at the reviews, the lines are inconsistent: some are Pinocchio noses that I hate, and some are nose lines I like And they said they would fill the step-off area with autologous rib cartilage, so I’m worried my nose might really become hard like plastic But there are no front-view photos in the reviews, all 45-degree or full side views (I’m planning to have a second consultation here)
I really liked both doctors at both places... Of course, the consultants too
