I found out because a staff member misspoke and sent before-and-after photos of the procedure to someone with the same name. If they had admitted the mistake and said they would handle it, I would have let it go, but they lied and said it never happened, and only confessed once the matter was escalated to a superior. Another staff member apologized on their behalf, but I have no idea what kind of accident could happen because of that staff member's stupidity, so this is a place I never want to go back to.
