I found out through a staff member's slip of the tongue that this hospital had sent my before-and-after photos to someone with the same name. If they had acknowledged the mistake and said they would take action, I would have let it go, but they lied and said it never happened. Only when the issue was escalated to a superior did they finally admit it. I did receive an apology from another staff member instead, but because of the staff's stupidity and the fact that I do not know what kind of accident might happen, this is a place I never want to go back to.
