The consultation was seriously a mess... The consultant looked unprofessional (estimated in her 50s-60s), the staff didn’t seem particularly organized either, and the facilities were so-so ㅇㅇ... When I said I wanted to consult with the doctor, they said then I’d have to make a new appointment. They consulted while pulling my nose with something like a cotton swab, and it really looked like there wasn’t even a bit of professionalism. I emphasized that I had no intention of surgery, but they kept saying it seemed like I could have surgery with an incision. I said I didn’t want it because I knew it would scar, but they irresponsibly guaranteed that it would barely scar... ㅇㅇ... I just lost all trust during the consultation and left
