The consultation was a complete mess... The manager looked inexperienced, and the staff, who I estimate to be in their 50s or 60s, didn't seem organized either, and the facilities were not that great either ㅇㅇ... When I said I wanted to consult with the doctor, they said I would have to make a new appointment. They were pulling on my nose with something like a cotton swab while consulting me, and there was really no sign of professionalism at all. I kept stressing that I had no intention of having surgery, but they kept saying that if I were going to do it, incision surgery would be the way to go. Even after I said I didn't want it because I knew it would leave a scar, they irresponsibly insisted that it would hardly scar... ㅇㅇ... I just lost all trust while sitting through the consultation and left
