About 5 years ago, I had sinusitis surgery and rhinoplasty at the same time. My nasal bone and septum were severely deviated, so they said the instrument couldn’t go in unless the septum was removed, so they used septal cartilage to support the nasal tip. For the nasal bridge, silicone was used, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage and mesh material were used.
I think my nose itself isn’t bad and I do like it, but maybe because my nose is crooked, the incision site where it was sutured doesn’t look straight when viewed from below My nostrils are different sizes because of that too.
If I want to correct this, would it be a simple surgery where they just cut and reattach the incision area? Or would they have to adjust all the implants too.?? If they do need to adjust it, I’d also like to lower the nasal tip a bit since it’s slightly upturned Would that mean it becomes a full revision rhinoplasty??
