I recently made a consultation appointment and saw bad posts, so I was thinking of canceling, but I went and had the consultation. I only consulted with the manager, but she told me the exact area I was worried about first and explained everything in detail. There was no pressure to do other areas, and the most important thing for me was how they would handle complications if they happened, and it was much more systematic than I expected. Anyway, I ended up putting down a deposit and scheduling the surgery!
