I recently made a consultation appointment and almost canceled after seeing a bad review, but I went and had the consultation anyway. I only spoke with the coordinator, but she brought up the parts I had been worried about first and explained everything in detail. There wasn't any pressure to add other areas, and what mattered most to me was how they would handle complications if any side effects happened. It was much more systematic than I expected. In the end, I paid the deposit and scheduled the surgery!
