Since it’s revision rhinoplasty, I was naturally thinking I should use autologous rib cartilage, but now that I think about it, I didn’t even look into why rib cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery
I only knew that using autologous rib cartilage makes the nasal bridge come out nicely more defined, and that it hurts lol Even though I’m scared of the pain, I can’t give up on getting good results, so I’m definitely planning to go with autologous rib cartilage.. unless the director advises against it for some other reason
