They’re pretty famous for removal, so I went ahead and made an appointment, but even if I remove the silicone, I want to keep the nasal tip My original nose is bulbous, so I’m worried it might spread out a lot... For now, what I want is silicone removal + either keeping the nasal tip or lowering it slightly, then using ear cartilage for a rotation graft to fill in the step-off. Has anyone here had revision surgery like this at ㄱㅇㅅ??
