It's been almost 2 years since I had rhinoplasty using silicone and cartilage, along with septal nasal surgery. At first after surgery it was really hard, but now that almost 2 years have passed, breathing is much more comfortable, and I'm living fairly satisfied with having had the surgery. Still, if I were told to have surgery again, thinking about the fear of the operating room and the hardship after surgery.. I feel like if they just don't block the nose with cotton after surgery, it's really nothing. This seems to vary a little by hospital.
